University College of Medical Sciences is one of the premier medical colleges of India. Also known as UCMS delhi, the college was established in 1971 as a constituent college of University of Delhi. Guru Teg Bahadur (G.T.B.) Hospital is the associated teaching hospital attached to the college. How To Get Into University College of Medical Sciences?
Undergraduate:
Of the total seats available - 85% are filled through Delhi University Medical Admission Test (DUMAT) conducted by Delhi University. Rest 15 % are filled through All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) conducted by CBSE, New Delhi.
Post Graduate:
Of the total available seats - 50% are filled through Delhi Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test (DUPGMET). Remaining 50% are filled through All India PG Entrance Exam (AIPGEE).
