University of Allahabad has announced the result of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (3 year) examination 2010 on today i.e. July 16, 2010. The candidates can see their results by logging on to the official website of the University - www.alldunivpio.org. The students have to enter their roll number in the given box and click on the ‘find’ button.
University of Allahabad is India’s fourth oldest university. It conducts various courses in different disciplines at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The University was granted the status of a central university in 2005.

National Law University (NLU), Jodhpur was established in the year 1999 by an enactment of Rajasthan State Legislature and it became functional in 2001. It is the first institution of its kind where study of Law is coupled with other disciplines such as Science, Management and Policy Sciences. For this purpose, the University has established six Schools of learning, i.e., School of Policy Science, School of Management, School of Science, School of Languages, School of Insurance and School of Law. The purpose is to produce professionals who can operate globally with a strong foundation in their respective areas of specialization.

  • International Trade and WTO {LL.M. (Four Semesters- 2 years)}
  • Banking and Finance {(MBF) (Five Semesters- 2 years )}
  • Master of Science {(Insurance) (Three Semesters-1½ Years)}
  • Finance {(MBA-Finance) (Four Semesters-2 Years)}
    Marketing {(MBA-Marketing) (Four Semesters-2 Years)}
  • Human Resources Management {(MBA-HRM) (Four Semesters-2 Years)}

All the above-mentioned programs are full time and residential.Any of these programs shall be offered subject to a minimum number of ten students in each program..

Eligibility: A student seeking admission in the Post Graduate program should have secured 50% marks in aggregate in any discipline at Graduate level. For LL.M. program the candidate must be a Law Graduate.

All those who have appeared in the qualifying examinations may appear in the Entrance Test. However, candidates securing less than 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination will not be entitled for admission notwithstanding his/her rank in the Entrance Test.

candidate seeking admission in the Post Graduate Program in M.S. Insurance should have secured 60% marks in aggregate in B.E./B.Tech. Students belonging to reserved category should have secured55%marks in aggregate in B.E./B.Tech examination.

Examination Centers The examinations shall be held at National Law University Campus, Jodhpur. In other Centres like Delhi, Jaipur, examinations may be held depending on the number of examinees.

Intake and Reservation : 

The intake capacity of all the ten programs i.e. Constitutional Governance; IPR; M.B.A./MBL; M.B.A. LL.M.; M.B.A. Insurance; LL.M.;Trade Related Laws andWTO; M.B.A. Banking and Finance; Finance (MBA-Finance); Marketing (MBA-Marketing); Human
Resources Management (MBA-HRM); Technology Management (MBA-Technology Management) put together, shall be Fifty (50). Students shall be allotted program of their choice as per their preferences subject to a minimum number of ten students in each program.

Intake capacity for M.S. (Insurance) shall be a maximum of 10 students only.

The break up of the intake capacity is as under:
General - 39, SC 7 (i.e. 15%), ST 4 (i.e. 7.5%)
3% seats in each category are reserved for physically challenged students.

Admission for Undergraduate Programme through Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) on 17th May 2009  
The National Law University, established by National Law University Jodhpur, Act, 1999 (Act No. 22 of 1999), passed by the State of Rajasthan, is the fifth National University for Legal Education in the country following the institutions at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhopal and Calcutta.
 
 Last date of issue of applications : 12th January, 2009
 Last date for receipt of completed applications : 10th April, 2009
 Common Law Admission Test : 17th May 2009
 All admissions will be completed on or before : 7th June, 2009
 
Post Graduate Programme

Eligibility: 

The candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) or an examination equivalent thereof, securing in aggregate not less than 50% in all the core subjects and English put together.

Age Limit : Below 20 years as on 1st July, 2009 (22 years in case of SC/ST/OBC/Girls and Physically challenged candidates).

Selection Procedure: 

Selection of students for admission to all post graduate courses will be on the basis of merit demonstrated in the result of National Entrance Test (NET) conducted by the University.

PG entrance test paper shall comprise of (a) linguistic ability; (b) analytical skills; (c) depth of knowledge in the subject.
