| A Common Entrance Test designated as “Engineering, Agricultural & Medical Common Entrance Test” (EAMCET – 2009) will be conducted by JNT University on behalf of APSCHE for the academic year 2009-2010 for admission into the First Year of Professional Courses i.e. B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Pharm(M.P.C.) / B.Tech (Ag. Engg.)/ B.Tech. (Dairying) / B.Tech (FS&T) and B.Sc (CA & BM). This examination is the gateway for entry into various professional courses offered in Government/Private Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. | |

Eligibility : In case of such students who appear for the entrance Test, pending result of their qualifying examination, their entry shall be subject to their securing a pass in the said qualifying examination. Examination : The Entrance test is of 3 hours duration and the question paper consists of a total 160 questions comprising of a total of 80 questions in Mathematics, 40 questions in Physics and 40 questions in Chemistry. Admission Procedure :
EAMCET – 2009 application may be submitted online or offline. For details refer the website of EAMCET. Filled in Application should be submitted to the Regional Coordinator in person as mentioned in the Instruction Booklet or to the Convener, EAMCET – 2009, SIT Building, Cellar portion, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – 500 085 by Regd. Post. Candidates shall be ranked in the order of merit in the EAMCET-2009 on the aggregate marks. Rank obtained in EAMCET-2009 is valid for admission to the courses mentioned in the application form, for the academic year 2008-2009 only.
