Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invites applications for the recruitment of StenographerGrade C and Grade D Examination 2010
Written Test:
September 26, 2010
Last Date:
July 16, 2010 (5PM)
July 23 for candidates of far-flung areas
Stenographer Grade C and D
Vacancies:
Exact number of vacancies will be determined in due course.
Educational Qualifications: (as on July 16, 2010)
Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent or higher examination from a recognized Board or University
Age Limit (as on July 16, 2010):
18-27 years, Relaxation in age as per rules
Application Fee:
SC/ST/PH/XSM/Women: Nil
Others: Rs. 100
Mode of Payment:
Application by Post: Fee will be paid only in the form of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” These stamps are available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country.
Online Application: to be paid via challan in SBI

Application in the prescribed format should be send to the Regional / Sub Office of the SSC depending upon the choice of the exam centre by the candidates.
